Once you have checked that your date with us is available, you can complete and return our booking form. You can choose to either hold your date with a €150.00 deposit or book and hold your decor with a 20% deposit. We can then advise you on your ideas, colour schemes and what you are looking for in terms of styling and design. Even better, if you happen to be visiting Cyprus before your wedding you can come and meet us at our beautiful showroom in Paphos. You can amend and make changes to your order at any time up to 4 weeks before your wedding, we are always here to help.

DESIGN GENERATION
If you choose our Bespoke Styling Service, we will discuss your ideas, themes, venue aesthetics and requirements, then create a bespoke Styling Plan. Mood Board & Quote for you - which can take 1-2 weeks. Once we’re finished, we’ll email it over to you for your approval and you are free to make as many changes to it as you need to along the way. We take a €150.00 fee* for this service.
For the Bespoke Styling Service, once the design has been approved and the booking is secured with a 20% deposit, we will order any materials that are required to craft your bespoke items and create your floral arrangements so they are ready to install on the day in accordance with our agreed plans.
CHANGES
At any time before your final balance is due, which is 4 weeks before your wedding, you can amend or change your order with us at any time, but must stay within the minimum order requirements.
ONE MONTH BEFORE
The final balance is due 4 weeks before your wedding, however you are free to pay this whenever you would like to up until this date. It is at this stage that you can let us know your final numbers and any changes you would like to make. However, don't worry if you get to your venue and decide you want to add anything, we can still accommodate final changes. Then you can relax in the run up to your wedding knowing that the team at Cyprus Wedding Touches will have all areas covered and you will be free to focus on getting yourself ready for the biggest and best day of your life.
INSTALLATION
On the day of your wedding, we will arrive either in the morning or 2-3 hours prior to your ceremony to set up your decor. We'll stay for as long as we're needed to make sure that everything looks and stays looking perfect throughout the day. We will then move the applicable decor items from the ceremony to the reception and have it all ready for your wedding breakfast celebrations.
TAKE DOWN
After your wonderful wedding day is over, we will return at the end of the evening to the venue to collect everything, or the next day if the venue allows, we'll take it all back to the showroom to clean it and put it away, allowing you to start your life as a married couple without having to worry about a single thing.
